Model : 963

The throughput for this system is up to 2500 units per hour for 90mm dishes.  For each dish type and size, the in-feed magazine is changed.  Other functions use simple adjustments to reconfigure.  Change over takes but a few minutes.

Model : 965

The throughput for this system is up to 6000 units per hour for 90mm dishes.  To change dish types, the dispense head is removed and replaced with the required head. The same master pump is used for all dish types.  All running parameters are changed automatically to preset values when the next head is mounted.  Change over time is a few minutes.

Model : 968 

This is our highest throughput system, producing up to 9000 units per hour for 90mm dishes.  All running parameters and most physical settings for input and output, are accomplished automatically when the next head is mounted and recognized.
