COVID-19 Services Update

Posted March 27, 2020

For over 30 years, ONLINE Engineering has been serving the diagnostic culture media industry. We are committed to our contribution to a better way of life through our products and fueling growth in research and diagnostics worldwide. In support of the global need for testing supplies related to the COVID-19 virus, ONLINE is doing everything we can to offer, in short time, a flexible solution for filling test tubes of various sizes.

Like many states, Michigan has implemented a “stay at home” order requiring all non-essential businesses to suspend operations. As ONLINE is classified as a critical manufacturer in the medical supply chain, we will remain open for both production and service.

In an effort to contain the spread of the virus, and to act in the best interest of our community, some of our employees will be working remotely. As such, please note the contact details below to ensure that your needs are met without delay:

Service and Support

Our technical team remains available to assist in remote diagnostics and repair. To request technical assistance, please email support@online-engineering.com. To ensure prompt resolutions to your support inquiries, please provide as much detail as possible regarding your issue and be sure to include your machine model and serial number.

Parts and Supplies

Our sales team is processing orders and requests for quotation normally. Due to supply chain restrictions, some lead times may be longer than is typical. We encourage you to submit a request for quotation for accurate delivery schedules. To place an order or submit an inquiry regarding parts, please email sales@online-engineering.com.

New Equipment Sales

As mentioned, we are committed to ensuring that the diagnostics culture media industry has the equipment that it needs to support the medical industry, especially in this time of high demand. To submit an inquiry regarding new equipment or retrofits to existing equipment, please email sales@online-engineering.com.

As this critical situation evolves, we will continue to communicate any changes to procedures or service. Thank you for your patience and continued partnership.
